MINISTRY STRATEGY
The ministry strategy of Darwin Baptist Church is to:

• Win people to Christ
• Build them in faith
• Train them for ministry; and
• Release and send them out to strengthen and enrich individual, family and community life

VISION
The vision of DBC is to be a healthy, growing, local and regional church:
With a priority of prayer, worship, biblical teaching and small group fellowship, identifying community needs and meeting them through creative and contemporary ministries that communicate Christ's love.

STAFF

	Mal Sercombe - Senior Pastor. Mal has been the senior pastor of Darwin Baptist Church since 2002. As senior pastor, Mal is responsible for all areas of church ministry and life, vision and leadership with a particular focus on preaching and teaching. Mal is married to Ellen and they have 3 married children and 3 grand-children.
	Toni Rehrmann - Associate Pastor. Toni has been associate pastor of Darwin Baptist Church since 2007. Toni's primary area of responsibility is Children's & Youth Ministry, as well as Women's Ministry. Toni is married to Richard and they have 4 children.
	Dot Meakins - Administrator.  Dot took on the role of Administrator in 2010. Dot's profile is to support the Pastors and other ministries of the church with their day to day arrangements, handle book-keeping and accounts, church bookings and any special events. Dot is married to Greg and has 3 adult daughters.

Elders
We have a team of elders, who together with the Senior Pastor & Associate Pastor are responsible for the spiritual oversight of the Church and it's related ministries.

Disabled Access

To ensure the church is fully accessable to all, Darwin Baptist Church has ramps to all areas, acrod parking close to the building, and toilet facilities for those in wheelchairs.
